Unlike other printing methods, screen printing stands out for its quality, durability, improved tactile feel, and greater breathability.

Warranties and after-sales services are governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. According to this law, the seller is obliged to deliver products to the consumer and user that comply with the contract, and is liable for any lack of conformity. The consumer and user has the right to product repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract.

Return Policy

All products purchased on our Website may be returned within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Law.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must first inform us of their intention by emailing contacto@inddeleble.com. Inddeleble will respond to you via another email with precise instructions for returning the product.

Products purchased on our website may be exchanged for another size or item as long as they are in perfect condition and we have them in stock.

The conditions for accepting a return are:

– The products to be returned must be in perfect condition and must be properly packaged.
– You have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
– Returns of items that have been worn or washed will not be accepted.
– Returns of discounted items will not be accepted

Return or exchange costs will be borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is a defective item or an error in the preparation of the order.

The refund to the customer’s account as a result of this return will be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods by Inddeleble.

Under no circumstances will a refund be issued if the products supplied were clearly used.

Products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer), with all accessories, labels, instructions, and documentation. They will be sent to the location specified by Inddeleble in the specific product return instructions, which will be sent to you by email.

In the event that the return is not accepted by Inddeleble because it believes the product being returned has been used, the product will remain in Inddeleble’s warehouse for collection by the customer for a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of return.

The costs and risks associated with the return of a product will be borne by the sender, who must ship it securely in such a way as to ensure that the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition.

The return of a product will result in a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned product(s). The refund does not include any delivery costs.

Anyone who returns a product will receive an email informing them of the refund amount.

Inddeleble reserves the right to reject returns reported or sent outside the specified timeframe, or products that are not in the same condition the customer received them in.
